You can store your luggage before checking in at our Self-service luggage locker located on the 1st floor.(8：00a.m.～1：00a.m.) (Free) If you would like to store luggage after checking out, please take your check-in receipt to Hotel Metropolitan Sendai(Main) and store it at the front desk.
※A Suica card is required to use the self-luggage storage.
※Cash, valuables, breakables, and any items that require temperature/humidity management cannot be stored.
